Life Coach, Connection Specialist, and Dynamic Speaker.

For the past 7 years as founder of Elevate Coaching & Consulting, I’ve been helping individuals, families, teams, and organizations build meaningful, lasting connections rooted in trust, safety, and understanding.

      I’m also a highly engaging speaker who blends humor, warmth, and practical insight to inspire audiences of all kinds.

I work with clients one-on-one and with entire families, guiding them through conflict, restoring harmony, and creating safety even when hope feels far away. I help people understand what’s happening in their mind, heart, and body, then walk with them as they take courageous steps toward change.

My impact extends beyond coaching sessions. I’ve been invited to work with nonprofits, schools, and community organizations, and have been brought in to run theater summer camps focused on team building, trust, creativity, and joyful connection. Whether in a keynote, workshop, or training, I create environments where people feel seen, heard, and motivated to grow.

I don’t just lead from certifications (though I hold two professional life coaching certifications) or theory, I lead from lived experience. I personally do my own work, consistently and live my message, and bring that authenticity into every space I enter.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, karaoke lover, dancing queen, theater junkie, and host of unforgettable themed events. I believe connection and joy is not just a nice extra in life, but rather it’s a vital ingredient.
